Rolex Day-Date 36 “President”, ref. 18238, originally sold in May 1995 - W-series. A classic Rolex Day-Date from the 1990s, crafted in 18k yellow gold with a distinctive blue Vignette dial and factory-set diamonds. The combination of the deep blue colour, diamond hour markers and yellow gold gives the watch a particularly recognisable appearance within the traditional Day-Date collection. The watch measures 36mm and is crafted in 18k yellow gold with a fluted bezel and sapphire crystal. The blue Vignette dial features a graduated colour that darkens towards the edges, together with factory-set diamond hour markers. The watch displays the day of the week at 12 o’clock and the date at 3 o’clock with a Cyclops lens. The model is fitted with the classic 18k yellow gold President bracelet featuring a concealed Crownclasp. Inside is the automatic Rolex Calibre 3155 with double quickset functionality for both day and date. This allows the two calendar indications to be adjusted directly via the crown without advancing the hands. Comes with certificate, but no other accessories.
