Rolex Submariner "Kermit", ref. 16610LV, circa 2005 - D series, sold in July of the same year. An unused and exceptionally well-preserved version of the iconic 50th anniversary model that marked an important chapter in the history of the Submariner. Introduced in 2003 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Submariner series, this reference differs from the standard model by its distinctive green aluminum bezel and the so-called "Maxi dial" with larger hour markers. The watch measures 40 mm and is made of stainless steel with the classic Oyster case and matching bracelet. The black dial, combined with the green bezel, gives a distinctive and recognizable expression that has made the models one of the most sought-after modern Submariners. Inside, the automatic Rolex Caliber 3135 works – a COSC-certified movement with a 48-hour power reserve, known for its robustness, precision and ease of service. The watch has a few handling traces but is otherwise in unused condition. Comes with a certificate, but without other accessories.
