Rare and enchanting, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Control Perpetual in platinum, ref. 140.6.80, dating back to around 1997. This exclusive timepiece is part of a limited series, with only 250 examples ever produced. The watch captivates with its classic design and captivating blue tritium dial, featuring moon phase and perpetual calendar functions. The calendar module was developed by IWC and produced in-house at Jaeger Le-Coultre. With a diameter of 37 mm, the watch sits elegantly on an original crocodile strap with a folding clasp. The automatic Cal. JLC 889-440-2 movement consists of 50 jewels and 277 parts, providing an impressive power reserve of approximately 40 hours. Jaeger LeCoultre meticulously tested each of these movements for 1000 hours before leaving the factory. This impressive mechanism can be admired through the hinged case back. The watch comes with boxes, papers, a certificate, and documentation of a service from 2019. A rare gem in the world of luxury watches, combining elegance, technical excellence, and historical significance.
