IWC Portugieser Automatic 40 IW358312 from April 2022, unworn IWC Portugieser Automatic 40 ref. IW358312 in stainless steel with silver plated dial and steel bracelet. The model retains the familiar Portugieser design with slim Arabic numerals, small seconds at 6 o’clock and a simple, symmetrical dial layout. The case measures 40.4mm and is made in stainless steel with slightly domed sapphire crystal and sapphire caseback. The combination of the silver plated dial and steel bracelet gives this version a slightly sportier character than the traditional Portugieser models on leather strap, while keeping the clean and well proportioned look of the collection. Inside is the IWC Caliber 82200, an automatic manufacture movement with Pellaton winding, small seconds and approximately 60 hours of power reserve. The movement can be viewed through the sapphire caseback. This example is from April 2022, remains unworn and comes with boxes, papers and certificate.
