Close to unworn Grand Seiko Ryūsendō SBGK015 from October 2022. Limited to 300 pieces. Long time a watch collectors item, the Grand Seiko has been revered as one of the finest watches Japan produces. Until 2010, obtaining a Grand Seiko proved difficult for many watch collectors, the watch was only available in Japan, necessitating a trip to Japan to purchase one, or turning to the used watch market to secure one themselves. In 2010 that was the 50th anniversary of the Grand Seiko line of watches, Mr. Hattori, Seikos president and CEO, announced that the Grand Seiko line would be released worldwide. The Grand Seiko line is, without a doubt, among the best built watches in the world. The quality, precision and aestethics is worldclass. All the parts of the watch is produced in-house, by the strictest standards. This SBGK015G is made of steel and features a stunning blue dial. The dial color is inspired by the water in the Ryūsendō Cave. The watch measures 39mm x 44mm x 11.6mm. The watch sits on an original steel bracelet that the original owner bought, and it also comes with its original croco strap with three-fold clasp. Manually wound In-house 9S63 movement with approx. 72 hours of power reserve. A truly remarkable watch, that comes with boxes, papers, certificate etc.
