Cartier Santos de Cartier, ref. 4075 – green dial. A modern interpretation of one of Cartier’s most iconic designs. The Santos was originally created in the early 1900s for aviation pioneer Alberto Santos-Dumont, and its distinctive square case, exposed screws and Roman numerals have since become an essential part of Cartier’s design language. This example is crafted in stainless steel and features a striking green dial with Roman numerals and Cartier’s characteristic sword-shaped hands. The case measures approximately 35mm in width, while the crown is decorated with the characteristic blue spinel. The watch is fitted with sapphire crystal. The watch is powered by the automatic Cartier Calibre 1847 MC. The combination of the green dial and classic Santos case gives the watch a distinctive contemporary appearance while retaining the familiar Cartier design elements. The watch only comes with Cartier Croco strap and Cartier clasp.
