The discontinued and highly elegant Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Extra Thin, ref. 15202ST, from 2015. The watch was serviced by Audemars Piguet in 2022. This beautiful stainless steel Audemars Piguet timepiece measures 39mm and features a classic blue dial adorned with the iconic 'Petite Tapisserie' pattern and white gold markers. The watch is mounted on the stunning AP bracelet, renowned for its excellent wearability and elegant design. The watch is powered by the automatic Cal. 2121 movement, consisting of 247 components, 36 jewels, and a 22-karat gold rotor. The movement is impressively thin, measuring only 3.05mm, yet it offers a 40-hour power reserve when fully wound. The elegant movement can be admired through the sapphire case back. The Royal Oak was originally designed in 1970 by the legendary Gérald Genta. Audemars Piguet sought to expand its range with a luxury sports watch and turned to Gérald Genta. In addition to the Royal Oak, Gérald Genta also designed the Patek Philippe Nautilus, IWC Ingenieur, Omega Constellation, and many other significant timepieces.
