Rolex Submariner Small Crown, ref. 6536/1 with tropical dial. This Sub is from 1956 (155xxx SN). Beautiful Small Crown Sub, that checks all the boxes - Small Crown, gilt hands, radium gilt dial and a great case, that has previously been detailed, and is in a condition one could only hope for. Both reference number and serial number are intact and fully visible. The dial is in good condition, with some spotting/oxidation, and a patina that makes the dial appear tropical. This 6536/1 comes with a service crown and a custom produced brass bezel (made by former owner) with an authentic but bit later blue/grey fadet insert. The original bezel will be delivered with the watch. The caseback inside is engraved 6536/1 and 2/56. The caliber 1030 with butterfly rotor is correct in all parts and underwent dull revision in 2013 by Danish AD Klarlund. This 5536/1 sits on a rivet Oyster bracelet signed 2/69 and with 64 endlinks. With this great vintage Submariner comes the original crystal, original brass bezel and photo of invoice from revision.
