One of the most sought after vintage Rolex sports watches, the Red Sub with a tropical Mk2, that without a doubt is considered a classic and grail watch, that would be a great addition to any vintage collection. The case of the watch has previously been lightly polished, but the case itself and the lugs and crown guards remain nice and fat. The caseback is stamped 1.70. The dial is a period correct mark 2 tropical dial, that has achieved an extremely pleasant apatina, with hands a tone lighter. The bezel insert is a great looking faded insert in great condition. The watch sits on a folded 9315/380 Oyster bracelet in great condition. Tha clasp is stamped 4.71. Comes as watch only.
