A really great example of the Rolex Sea-Dweller, ref. 16660, with a 2. gen gloss dial that has turned almost matte. This watch is from 1986 (955xxxx SN) and is fitted with an absolutely appealing Mk2 gloss dial and matching hands in great condition. The 16660 is a transitional model released between ref. 1665 and ref, 16600 and therefore features the best of both worlds as fx. matte dial, crystal glass, fatter case, Cal. 3035 movement with quick-set etc. The case has previously been polished and is in great condition with fat lugs. The watch has its original bezel insert with a tritium pearl that matches hands and dial perfectly. A fine example of a sought after neo-vintage that has pretty much reached the status of a classic.
