A fantastic and rarely seen for sale vintage Rolex watch. A Rolex GMT-Master, ref. 1675 with pointed crown guards and a beautiful Tropical Gilt chapterring dial. This vintage Rolex GMT-Master is from 1959 (505xxx SN) and belongs to the first generation af GMT-Masters with crown guards. The crown guards on this example is the beloved "Pointed Crown Guards" (PCG). The case is in great shape, and besides signs of normal usage, appears in 100% factory condition, with great and unmolested bevels and symmetric lugs. The beautiful Tropical GILT dial with chapterring is in very satisfying condition, with intact hourmarkers that has some spotting. The patina of the hourmarkers matches the patina of the 4 hands perfectly. Please note that this watch is with the small GMT& hand. The bracelet is an original foldet Jubilee bracelet in good condition, stamped 2. quarter of 1958 and could be original to the watch. The movement has service done in 2014 (no documentation) and runs smooth. The movement parts that were changed during service is included.
