Rolex Explorer II, ref. 16550 from 1985 - 8881xxx series - sold in June 1986. Very cool transitional Rolex Explorer 16550, that was the model between 1655 and 16570, and that was only produced between the years 1985 and 1989. The watch measures 40mm and runs on an automatic Cal. 3085 movement. This Explorer features a black dial with tritium markers, that has a very charming patina matching the hands. The watch comes with boxes, papers and a photocopy of the original certificate and receipt.
