Patek Philippe Annual Calendar WG, ref. 5146G-001 - produced in 2006 - sold in March that same year. Beautiful 18 carat white gold Patek Philippe measuring 39mm, with a stunning dial. On the bottom half of the dial, we find the moon phase and date aperture, and on the upper half of the dial, we find day and month in apertures and power reserve indicator. The complications of this watch, runs on the mechanical self-winding Cal. 324 S IRM QA LU movement, that can be spectated through the sapphire caseback.
