The impressive Guilloché World Time dial has a concentric 24-hour chapter ring divided into nocturnal and diurnal hours. The complications of this watch, runs on the mechanical self-winding Cal. 240 HU movement, that with its 239 parts can be spectated through the sapphire caseback. Ref. 5110 was introduced back in 2000. It marked the return of the World Time to the Patek Philippe collection after 35 years.
