Ultra rare IWC Da Vinci, ref. 3501 from approx, 1970. The first quartz watch from IWC. This rare IWC is made of 18 carat white gold. The 18 carat white gold case was made by hand at the Fontana Factory in italy. The watch features a stung blue dial with date function. Furthermore this watch is fitted with an original integrated bracelet in 18 carat white gold. Quartz Beta-21 movement. The Beta 21 was originally developed at CEH research laboratory by 20 Swiss watch manufacturers. The yellow-gold version of the 3501 was made in approx. 50-75 pieces. The white gold version made in even smaller numbers. This rare IWC comes with IWC service box and extra link. No original box or papers.
