Amazing Grand Seiko Spring Drive SLGA007 from February 2022. Long time a watch collectors item, the Grand Seiko has been revered as one of the finest watches Japan produces. Until 2010, obtaining a Grand Seiko proved difficult for many watch collectors, the watch was only available in Japan, necessitating a trip to Japan to purchase one, or turning to the used watch market to secure one themselves. In 2010 that was the 50th anniversary of the Grand Seiko line of watches, Mr. Hattori, Seikos president & CEO, announced that the Grand Seiko line would be released worldwide. The Grand Seiko line is, without a doubt, among the best built watches in the world. The quality, precision and aesthetics is worldclass. All the parts of the watch is produced in-house, by the strictest standards. This Grand Seiko SLGA007 is made of steel and features a beautiful blue dial. The stunning blue dial is inspired by the ripples on Lake Suwa in Japan. The watch measures 40 x 11.8mm and a lug to lug diameter of 47.6mm. The movement is an automatic 9RA2 with 120 hours of power reserve; regulated to -3/+5 seconds per day. This Grand Seiko is limited to 2021 pieces and comes with boxes, papers, certificate, hangtag etc.
