Extremely rare and rarely seen for sale Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 5402 ST - D series. One of Gerald Genta´s most iconic designs still in production to this day is the Royal Oak, first launched in 2972, four years prior to The launch of Patek Philippes Nautilus, also designed by Genta. This Royal Oak in stainless steel measures 39mm and is from 1982, and was sold the same year May 31st. The watch features a black dial with date aperture at the 3 o'clock marker and AP logo as the 12 o'clock marker. This watch is in particularly fine condition, and comes with Audemars Piguet Certificate of Origin and Audemars Piguet service papers dated in 2013 and 2014.
