Panerai PAM 004B. One of the earlier Panerais with the cool black DLC coating. The watch originally came from Panerai with the black coating. Ths reference was produced in the years 1998-1999 and features a manual wound Calibre OP II. The watch measures 44mm and comes on a black strap a black buckle. Comes with a box, papers, certificate, strap etc
